Bought new watch today staff were so helpful choosing it I think I changed my mind about 4 times as I did not know which one I liked best, the choice was so good .and the staff told me take my time and have the right watch for me which I did and so happy with the one I bought.

We visited initially to get rings sized, and purchased online because there was a sale on. One ring was too big so we went in to return and try different sizes again. Also sent my engagement ring to be fixed and adjusted.The service was outstanding. Friendly helpful and knowledge staff. Would definitely go back.

We took a ring into the store. It had snapped after 2 years. Upon examination the "Manager'", I presume, very kindly agreed to exchange it for a new ring. The process was so easy and no quibble. The new ring arrived the next day. I went in prepared for a battle but that wasn't necessary. Very good after sales service ??
