The lady served for me to day didn't know how to count. I bought donut and a coffee cost me £6.85. I give her £11.86. That mean I got £5.01 back. But she gave me £4.81. I don't understand what's wrong with her.

It's a small Gregg's that runs out of almost everything at 3:45 and nothing gets replenished after that point. So if you don't beat the school/college kids there, you ain't getting what you want.

Five members of staff. One (lad) working stocking the near empty shelves while the others stood chatting and laughing. While there I saw a member of staff pick her nose and pick her ear. Another member of staff rubbed at her eyes. All without leaving the counter or washing hands. Another ?server? I saw sitting on the counter swinging her legs having a conversation. No hand washing after anything.So, five members of staff, no more than two working, others hiding round the back or moving to the front door to chat when customers queued. Bearing in mind it?s a Saturday two weeks before Christmas, the mess on tables and the floor, empty shelves, and staff who appear to not give a toss about hygiene, service or stock, I?m really sad about what Greggs has become. Oh, and a ham and cheese baguette in the cheese salad baguette tray was a nasty surprise for this vegetarian.
