I have been to this shop several times to have battery replacements on different phones but on this visit I had dropped my phone in water and the speakers were not working. They ordered me a new speaker but a few days later the speakers started working on my phone, I went in the shop expecting a credit as had to cancel order but without any fuss they fully refunded the speaker money and on my account within 24 hrs excellent service polite and always helpful, will always go here in future :)
