“I cannot recommend Scott's enough! I recently had an eye test in Bury St Eds and the whole team were so friendly. Mr Gilbey was extremely patient and thorough during my test which really put me at ease. After receiving my prescription I went to 4 other opticians in town to look at frames and was really disappointed with the service I received in all 4 shops. I went back to Scott's and Sophie was SO helpful when it came to choosing a frame that suited me - she was so friendly, patient and honest - wasn't pushy at all and was really genuine, and this continued right through to me having my glasses fitted (which was only a week turnaround!) The whole team came across like one big family and were so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I really wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thanks guys ?”

“Had a great experience at Bury St Edmunds VE. I was having bad headaches due to my prescription worsening and the optician was very thorough in examining my eyes to ensure there were no other underlying issues, he also took further measures to ensure I did not have any signs of glaucoma (since it runs in my family). Overall, optom was fantastic and altered my prescription to prevent the headaches and improve my vision.The dispensing team were also lovely and took care of me. Since I have a very high prescription, they made sure they treble checked their measurements on my selected glasses to ensure the centre of the lenses are in front of my pupil (thereby preventing distortion or blurriness). They also advised me on the best frames out of my selection so that they fit well.I also loved how the insurance is now provided automatically on expensive frames (as I always had to pay previously).I would highly recommend VE and in particular this branch.”
