Made an appointment for 4 tyres to be fitted.Great place, easy to find and to park.Staff very polite and knowledgeable and my little fiesta was back on the road within the hour. Very impressed.

Absolute fantastic service from everyone who helped me out (Europit Clacton). Since my car has such unusual sized tires - it was very difficult to find a place with them in stock. Thankfully, one of the agents I was speaking to manged to find a Europit with my tire size in stock.Since this was an urgent matter (due to how much I use my car for business) they saved a lot of stress and hassle on my end. This was all very last minute as well - called on Saturday morning and got all booked in for the same day. A quick tire change and headlight fix was done rapidly, I was only there for about 20 minutes.Even though I live an hour away from the Europit I went to, I'll absolutely be going here again for any car/service needs. Definitely worth the extra distance to travel. Good service really goes a long way with pleasant staff to assist too.

This was my first time coming to Europit Tyres. I had gotten myself into a predicament as I had picked up a screw in my tyre the day before, causing me to have a large puncture. Sean fitted me in the moment I stepped inside the premises. I could understand that Sean had other clients pre booked for the day. But he went out of his way to help me out. Sean was a hero for getting me out of trouble there and then. A huge thank you to Sean at Europit Tyres in Bury st Edmunds.

Popped in early on a Saturday morning. Poor guy was working by himself after 2 others called in sick. Worked on my car while waiting for parts to arrive for another customer. He was speedy, efficient and kept us up to date on what was happening with both mine and the other persons car.Reasonable prices and no pushy sales tactics.

I bought my car in for a M.O.T a couple of weeks ago. I was having some issues opening my bonnet the staff went above and beyond to get the bonnet open, they were also very friendly,professional and answered all the questions I had. This my first time using them,I will be going back to use them again and I highly recommend them. Top class service.
