Went in to upgrade my phone and I was served by Cameron who was fantastic in every way! He helped me with anything I needed, the whole transition was very easy and smooth, and he was very kind and benevolent. I no longer have an EE store in my town and I have to drive quite far to come to this one, but with the service Cameron gives, I will happily make that journey each time.

Lost a star due to a bit of a wait with a que of 12 year olds being brought £1000 iPhones but they eventually got the job done, SIM replaced and worked first time. Lost two more stars due to their insistence on taking photographs of my driving licence and myself to verify who I am. Which is curious because over the phone EE was was able to validate who I am without the need to do this. This information is collected by a third party and stored for 6 months which is disgusting. There is no need to do this since EE can evidently verify a user without such means and even if that is the case there is even less of a reason to store this for 6 months.In fact I've taken another star off because in writing this I'm even more annoyed and will seriously consider moving else where upon contract renewal simply because of this policy.

I had some trouble with my phone ,called in excellent service they advised me to call in at samsung in Norwich ,because I'd get it fixed quicker which suited me ,left my phone with them 24hr later delivered to my door highly recommended ee bury st Edmunds for customer service thank you guys

Just awful all round, from the staff nit really interacting or caring, next to none on sales pitch to information given, no help on information on phone delivery, no offer of other products like phone case or add ons, no knowledge or phone being bought, just all round disappointing .. use their call centre much better

What can I say about this store, the staff went above and beyond, we went in there twice with issues with a phone over heating and signal dropping. And Dan was fantastic he helped in every way possible. I contacted EE as he advised and to be honest the costumer service over the phone was shocking, they sent me a faulty phone and wanted me to go without a phone for 12 days until it can be upgraded. So we decided to add an extra line and cancel and send back the old one online. Never again will we purchase a phone online. We called the store in bury and they were happy to help and we got there a few mins till closing time and they still went above and beyond. Thanks guys!
