Spent £70+ on a huge order for my party and missed off a garlic bread. Wasn?t a deal breaker but what really got me was when I called up they said they had given it to us ? Which was a BLATANT LIE !!! I picked the order up myself. Why would I try claim back £4.99 from a £70 order I?m not lying ?. It?s a joke. Wouldn?t deliver me anything either. Disgraceful 0/10

Pizza still hasn?t arrived after 1 hour.
When I rang I spoke to a lady who gave me a lot of abuse and told me I need to respect the driver!
They claimed they rang the door bell.
I?m sat here waiting! I wish they had rang the doorbell!
Can?t believe they have tried to blame me!!!!
Will avoid in future. The cheek of the lady on the phone blaming me!!!

Took 90 mins to deliver a totally different order. Absolute shocking service, when called sounded like they were used to being terrible and acted even worse. I would be shocked if they could spell their names right let alone say it. Domino?s should be embarrassed they are even associated with this

Called to try and order pizza and the lady on the phone ?Tadia? was extremely rude and hung up on me when trying to order. My card was not registered and I was directed to order online but at the moment I was busy and a phone call was a better option. Terrible service.

Ordered two classic large pizzas last night at 00:30. Nothing ever arrived. Had a discussion with an employee, who first told me they tried to call me. I sat with my phone the whole time, then he changes reason and says he can?t contact non-UK phone numbers. It then said delivered at 03:24, which is a big big lie. Nonetheless 3 hours delivery time would still be only 1 star worth.

Reckless delivery driver going at speed nearly ran me over on the footpath outside whilst picking up my pizza.
EDIT. Not just the speed it?s the fact they drive at speed and park on the pavement. On this occasion nearly taking out 2 pedestrians. You should provide proper parking provision for your drivers and not allow them to drive on footpaths, particularly those speeding up like it?s a race track.

I just wanted to order a large pizza half sweetcorn half margarita , they said no then I said just sweetcorn pizza strangely they said no to that too, I had the other day from thetford dominos and they did whatever I asked them.

Needed to place an order for 32 people for lunch time treat at work, phoned in advance to give them a heads up and they asked me to order online, no problem but when the delivery arrived with 40 items, none of the pizza or lunch boxes were marked with what was in them, so with a massive queue of people I had to open every box and try to work out which pizza was which and hand them out accordingly !! What should have been a nice lunchtime treat turned into a nightmare, will spend my £300 elsewhere next time !!!!!

Ordered last Friday evening the food was lovely however the delivery driver was really rude and disrespectful, sat in his car smoking and called us to tell us we had to come outside to collect our food of him ?! Then proceeded to moan at my partner because the address was wrong on the paper but it wasn't wrong when he showed my other half and not to mention he kept blowing cigarette smoke in his face ? will not be retuning.

I got 2 large takeaway vegan pizzas from here and picked them up in less than 15 minutes - really lovely! I was shocked at how good they were.
