Waiting a month and 3 weeks still no parcel worst service I?ve ever waited for, didn?t even try to deliver, said I have to come in thursday morning to collect it, so I?ve lost 3 days off work because of being messed around with delivery.

Our 2 of 2 parcel wasn't scanned out of the depot, When making the enquiry as to why/how we can rectify this they have refused to do so without a full description of the dimensions from the supplier who are uncontactable at a weekend, leaving us without a boiler in remote Wales and a family of 5. They refuse to accept any responsibility or help us in anyway for a mistake made by them. Poor.
