Absolute joke, sofa arrived without the feet. Was told the next day that they would be delivered and fitted within 6 weeks but 3 months later I had to chase them to be told they were in stock and was surprised I hadn?t been contacted to arrange fitting. When they did finally arrive to fit them 4 weeks later, not only were they the wrong colour but not even the right feet for the sofa. Once again I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours to arrange the right feet to be fitted but again 3 weeks later I have had to make contact myself only to be told to expect a call within 72 hours. It?s just absolutely ridiculous to have to wait this long for just the feet and this isn?t the only negative experience I?ve had with DFS, next time I think I?ll go elsewhere hopefully I?ll get my sofa in a reasonable time or an actual complete sofa.Update!!Was told by a service manager that my feet would be installed on the 22nd December but to no surprise, no one arrived. Made contact once again on the 29th December to be told that in between my discussion with the service manager and my installation date, DFS would close for Christmas on the 22nd which is why no one arrived to install. I now have to wait until the 11th January for someone to possibly turn up, I'm not holding my breath on that. Absolute disgrace!!!!

Ordered a riser recliner chair which was available for immediate delivery and was promised to be delivered by the 17th of October and the sofa was would be delivered in 9 weeks in DecemberWhile checking the status of the order it says sofa would arrive on 6th December and the recliner would be delivered on 13th DecemberXannit contact the storeManaged to contact customer service in Cambridge on person said the recliner is in transit but 3 days later another from customer service say the recliner is still lying in tge store and they will get the store to contact us afterc3 working daysIt was all fairy tales until the order was placedThe salesman wanted me to write a review after I placed the order and did so to give a 5* but I am now withdrawing same horrible service ?

Appalling service. View a swatch in store and ordered the sofa and footstool over the phone. It arrived in a different colour. After stating i did not want to accept the order the delivery driver said I had too and to contact customer service. Which I completely do not have too. After speaking to the store and customer service I am told they have to try and rectify the colour when all I want is a refund and the sofa to be collected as it is their fault I still have it after being told I cannot turn it away. The delivery driver also started commenting on my new house asking how I have been able to afford it and if I am on any buying scheme. Completely unprofessional.

Quick at taken your money brought a few items at once to have nothing but problems been waiting ages for replacement get promised this and that and nothing followed through delivery didn?t bother turning up or ringing! Poor customer services I would steer clear! Won?t be ordering from here again!! Always us chasing the store or trying to find out what?s going on!!!

In November we ordered and paid in full for our sofa, we moved into our new home on the 3rd of February ready for our sofa which was due to be delivered on 05/02/23 only to be let down on several occasions now by dfs. My partner is now 40 weeks pregnant with now no sofa to sit on and you can not tell me when or where my sofa is and expect her to spend her last days of pregnancy with nothing to sit on. I have tried complaining to my local dfs and they have been unable to provide any clarity as to when my sofa will be delivered and as a consequence we have no sofa to sit on. It is beyond desperate and I urge you to take my complaint seriously.
