Terrible service. Lots of staff but seemingly just standing around. Shoe requests taken via a terminal but waited 10 minutes even after asking for shoes before giving up.

Great quality shoes for kids. Not particularly cheap but you get what you pay for. Quick to be served but the shop was quiet. Assistant was very thorough and polite.
