Wendy was super helpful at explaining and demonstrating the benefits of the various underlays with our chosen carpet. She was also very efficient at providing a detailed quote but delivered in a concise way. She clearly explained the benefits of purchasing promptly (due to current live discounts) and managed my expectations as to the current timelines for fitting. I?m looking forward to purchasing this next carpet through Carpetright. This will be my 3rd time purchasing through them and I wouldn?t look to purchase from anyone else. Unlike many shopping experiences, buying from a large trusted retailer really does have its benefits!

Came into carpet right today, Wendy's customer service was excellent.Always been to carpet right and never had an issue whenever we have been to carpet right, although the systems broke down Wendy was excellent in making sure our order and everything we needed was the right product for us.

We have been looking to replace several carpets in our house. Big decision for us, hoping the carpets outlive us!James and ed have been so patient and supportive. Several visits into store, changes of mind etc etc. But today we placed our order and intend to visit over wknd to sort out other rooms.We have been to other stores but there's been a real personal touch with James, advice and no hard sell. Patience and professionalism.The staff have made the difference and there has also been good choice of products and deals.

Walked in Wednesday morning found the vinyl remnant I required. Had a bit of a laugh haggling over the price but we settled on a mutually acceptable price. Really great guys thank you Cameron, James & Ed. Now Carpetright HO get these guys decent equipment to work with, poor computer and old printer made it frustrating for us all.

Over the last 18 months I have replaced all the carpets in my home and have used Carpetright Bury St Edmunds for all of them. I have received excellent service from all the staff, especially the deputy manager Ed, who went above and beyond to help and give me great advice. I highly recommend this store for their helpfulness and friendly staff who go out of their way and make it a great experience every time. Thank you Ed.

Came in today looking for a new lounge carpet. Cameron who has been there only 2 months was brilliant, helpful,polite and sorted speedy fitting for us . Ed was also great, polite and helpful. We have used this company many times but it different locations when we have moved and they are fantastic. Would recommend Bury St Edmunds branch as the lads are great. Well done for the great service with a smile ?

A fantastic shopping experience in the Bury St Edmunds (Moreton Hall) branch of Carpetright. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that after buying a carpet for our spare bedroom we decided to return the following day to buy another one for our living room. We had no hesitation in going back and didn't think about going anywhere else as we knew that the service in this store was second to none. Thank you Oxana Cameron, James and Ed for the great team work in helping us to make the right carpet decision for the house we are working on to turn into a home.
