This place was really disappointing - one of the worst Burger King experiences I've had. Staff shortages seemed to lead to a pretty dirty eating area, which they only cleaned after I asked them to. And the burgers? Really let down. There was no sauce in any of them - not in the Whopper, not in the double bacon and cheese, and not in the plant burgers. When I queried this, they told me they've stopped putting sauce in burgers by default. The answer I was offered was a Whopper of a lie, pun intended, especially as when I checked the ordering screen, it said I could customize by deleting sauces, which implies they normally come with sauce.
All in all, I'd say give this Burger King a miss unless they sort out their act.

Small, but very dirty with rubbish all over the floor and ketchup smeared over the uncleared tables. Staff just looked disinterested, and food took an age to come even though there was only one order in front. Toilets were disgusting, smelly and had clearly not been cleaned or even checked recently.

A small concession, and quiet when we visited, but service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. Small number of seats inside, but people were just using the Greggs area with no issues.

Good place to stop for lunch on A14. Nice to have the option of Greggs or BK. Toilets are a let down though. Not very well maintained and the lock on the end cubicle has been missing for at least 2 years !
