I hadn’t been to Halfords for years due to previous bad experience (not at this store) but it was late on a Friday and I was near Bury and didn’t know where else to go.Jason was excellent. He is passionate about bikes, offered excellent advice and tips. Was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and generally did a great service.”

I can’t thank them enough, unlike the appalling treatment I experienced at the Costessey store on tues 29th aug ,the manager was extremely rude and had no skills at all with dealing with the public . I was upset and angry with my treatment . He needs retraining.Thankfully the brilliant staff at the Bury St Edmunds branch sorted everything out five stars and thank you .”
