Excellent service today after tyre blowout on A14. Fitted a new tyre after we put on space saver wheel to get there. Nothing was too much. Recommend.

Absolutely wonderful establishment. I?d bought two new tyres for my Mercedes SL as I?d previously been advised the rear tyres were close to the legal limit by another competitor in very close proximity to ATS Bury St Edmunds. The gentleman who helped me from start to finish was Glen . He was even kind and honest enough to chase me halfway down the road. To tell me that my rear tyres still had plenty of meat left on them and that I really didn?t need new tyres. There?s great service and then there?s really bloody good service, which is what this young man provided from start to finish. 10/10 to Glen at ATS in bury st edmunds.

Friendly, courteous staff and I don't feel like I'm being treated like an idiot, as I do in some car repair centres. On this occasion I only had a need for wheel balancing but have used before and will use again.

The service from the young lad was great, seeing as management had left him working on his own todayThe poor lad said he would fit my air con regas in on his lunch breakWhich is not fair , but thank you to him !Ats management if you see this you should be ashamed and get some cover for the poor boy ?Not only is it illegal and unsafe for him to be working with heavy equipment and cars on his ownHe can't run the office answer phones deal with customers AND work on the workshop alone !Sort it out !!

Took a work van here I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all the bloke on the desk was as grumpy as hell now I know we all have bad days but what about customer service I would have given no stars but I can't I think they need to train there staff to a higher level as the way I look at it is without customers your business will close its a shame that one member of staff has ruined it for the rest unfortunately I can only go off first impressions

I decided to try ATS after disappointment from a previous tire shop. I went in to check the alignment and balancing and I am so glad I did! They listened to my frustrations I had with the other shop, they took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening and why. They took me out to the car to show me to help me understand more. I needed to purchase a new wheel and instead of ordering one from a dealer and upcharging me, they gave me a number to a local scrap yard where I was able to buy one discounted. They were SO kind and respectful. I will not take my car to another tire shop! I will use ATS.

Went in today (13.08.22) for an MOT on my wife's car. I'd just changed the front shocks, springs and drop linkages so I knew the tracking would likely be out of alignment. Used a Groupon Voucher for MOT and Wheel Alignment Check + Discount if Alignment for needed. 10:30am appointment, they closed at 12:30pm so I knew it would be tight to get the vehicle tested and correctly aligned. It was not a problem for these guys, did the test, checked the alignment showed me on the live monitors how much it was out, asked if I wanted it fixing and promptly aligned the vehicle all before close. No silly advisories on the MOT, no upselling of pointless products, just genuine people doing an excellent job. If someone at ATS is looking at these reviews, I'd like my praise to both staff working together to be passed on. Keep up the good work.
