Probably one of the better supermarkets in bury. staff are helpful. shelves can seem quite empty at times what can be annoying but if lots of people are shopping there its to be expected. like alot of the other supermarkets cages/order picking trolleys are just left about the aisles which can pose a health hazard to shoppers

Horrible speed bump when entering car park now! Have to slow down to about 2mph to go over it.

Good place to go for shopping but the bakery don't go there it would be 5 stars but the bakery let it down 3 stars from me.

It's absolutely awful when it's busy because simply there isn't enough staff put on the tills. Sometimes there are long queues when there are only 2 tills open. What happened to common sense? We normally go for a big shop so that's why we don't use the self check outs. Some of the staff members stand around doing nothing and having a chat amongst each other, and clearly, it is poorly managed! I get that the stock needs to be worked, but you guys need more staff, especially for the tills! One occasion when we did use the self service check outs, It wasn't working properly, and a staff member was rude and spoke to use like we're stupid. She shouldn't be working with customers if that's her attitude! We no longer use asda now it's got so bad, and now we shop at aldi, who actually put customer service first, unlike this store. I have seen other negative comments on here, and to be honest, I'm surprised this store is still open!
