I have been shopping here for years and always experienced great customer service. From the kind gentleman collecting trollies, to the managerial team who I see actively supporting staff on the floor plate. I think the store does a great job with, in my opinion, the number of staff they have. I have only used the cafe a handful of times, but the service and quality of products has been great. The click and collect service is also first class from my experience. I also find the staff completing the online orders very respectful. A refreshing change to other supermarket chains I have visited in the past. Merry Christmas and keep up the top work.

Rude staff, as a regular customer I?m very annoyed. Went to the toilet with my friends came out went down 1 aisle and this old women was just staring at us on the phone looked moody clearly needs a new job career clearly isn?t happy. As we walked past her we went down to the toy aisle and I held a parsnip squishy toy which I laughed at then gave to my friend that also had loads of slime all over it. As my friend was squeezing it the old lady told us to put it down if we aren?t going to buy it. So we put it down. Not to mention if you don?t want anything touched in the store put it in a glass cabinet or in a box. Also was genuinely looking at the stress balls because I have anxiety. We walked away and my friend bought eyelashes to then we went to the leave and one of the door staff said we shall not be returning due to childish behaviour. No one?s childish but the old lady that clearly needs a parsnip to lighten her up a bit more. Not surprised why this store has such bad reviews. On this note I shall be going to Tescos & if you?re reading all the reviews you should all go to.

Most staff are incredibly rude and do not look happy to be there at all. I think these people lack not only good customer service but human decency too. Went into this store with a few friends, we go here all the time (at least once a week) just to get a few bits. Nothing major. We were just looking around and walking around the store after having just used the toilets. Went down the toiletry aisle just looking around before continuing down the toy aisle. A friend picked up a squishy turnip toy which was absolutely covered in this gloopy substance ? disgusting. Clearly cannot keep these aisles clean, especially when these toys are generally aimed at young children. A lady worker was lurking around watching us for some reason, we had done absolutely nothing destructible and never have. As my friend was squishing this toy while picking off the slimy stuff, the lady rudely raised her voice at us saying: ?If you?re not going to buy that, put it down and don?t touch it. But we don?t tolerate childish behaviour.?First of all, if you don?t want something touched in such a large store like this, then don?t sell it. Maybe not put it in the children?s toy aisles either. Second, what childish behaviour? If you?re going to talk to us like that for our ?childish behaviour? then I think you should talk to every single one of your shoppers. After this interaction, we continued down, confused as ever, to the checkout as my friend was purchasing something. On the way out, security stopped us saying that they don?t tolerate childish behaviour and that we are now banned. Disgusting interaction. As a regular customer I am not happy at all and will be returning back to tesco. Club card wins after all.

Came into asda cafe the other day, there was a few people at the tables and only 1/2 people infront of us in the queue. All i was having was a cheese and ham toastie (which may i add is pre-made) after 20 mins i asked for it to be takeaway because I was in a rush, after 35 MINUTES the toastie still wasn?t ready. I went up to ask and they said there wasn?t a cheese and ham toastie, after a few seconds they realised it was in the toastie machine but seemingly forgotten abt it. There was at least 5 people possibly more working at this time behind the counter I can?t possibly see why it would?ve taken that long to just open the toastie packet and put it in the machine for two minutes. After all that the chips (also pre done so wouldn?t add to time) were cold and toastie wasn?t all that tasty. I know it?s only asda but this was kinda appauling.

Shocking!! Shelves empty of stock but full of packaging, products unavailable for more than a month, ladies clothing impassable due to new stock blocking aisles & several staff members chatting. Home shopping staff all over the place.Asda you need to sort it out!!!

Good supermarket, went to get my covid booster and flu jab. Extremely efficient service and then had a wander around the shop.

Asda keeps their breads inside plastic bags even when they are warm; that makes their breads soggy and not surprisingly lots of unsold breads at the end of the day; I bet they don't make any money from their bakeries; they should learn from lidl or waitrose they keep bread without wrapping on their selves, crispy and most of their breads is sold out by the end of the day

Would put 0 stars if I could but I can't. Story time, I live with my sister and we ordered because we need food, my sister is on a strict diet for a surgery and can't cheat, and it was supposed to be delivered around 4-5pm and was told that it would be 6:30 after she called and it never came then we called again after that time and was told at 7:30, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and called at 8pm and when she called in they had told her the whole order had been cancled and we are poor living off benefits and stuff so we can't get food and we will get our money back within 5 working days, what are we supposed to do with no food and no money. This is absolutely appalling and we are all upset and angry as we NEED the food. 0/5 stars

horrendous store, visited at 1pm Sunday. All the shelves were very untidy, loads of lines out if stock.. obviously no one is employed to keep the shelves in some kind of order and replenished throughout the day... Won't be returning

Not happy with this store. Item priced at 60p on the shelf, scans at 75p, this mounts up when buying a quantity. Asked the assistant at checkout to correct this, she refused saying if i wanted to query this I would have to see customer services, I didn?t as there was a queue. While I understand this is probably a mistake with the pricing, it is still wrong, customers should pay the displayed price, otherwise they are paying a lot more for their shopping than they think they are, and are being ripped off.

Terrible when deliver. Took more than expected and didn?t let me know about unavailable products only after the driver picked up the order so I couldn?t change a thing so I don?t see why should I pay for service fee. I surely won?t order from Asda anymore. Even both drivers complained about Asda staff who packed the order
