Having bought a beautiful jumper last Saturday, (which was the hottest day of the year) costing £79, I didn?t need to fit in on as I?ve been the same size for the last 30+ years?. On trying it on at home, it fitted perfectly BUT it was so itchy on my skin I knew I couldn?t wear it?. I took it to Anna?s shop in Holt looking to buy something I liked or ask for a refund?.. I was told I could either replace it with something else or have a credit note?. They DON?T give refunds!, the lady said there was a notice at the till, on looking, I pointed out it was ?hidden? at the end of the counter by a rack of clothes?.Ladies BEWARE, as I told the lady, NEVER again will I buy anything from one of their shops?. It?s outrageous in this day and age that you can?t have a refund on a purchase from their shops?.. I?ll spend my money at Jarrolds of Norwich or our local John Lewis?. where they?re happy to exchange OR REFUND!!

I own an engineering business, its a dirty job. I came into town straight from work looking for a beautiful dress to wear at the weekend. When I took the garment to the till, I was made to feel like a second class citizen as I was asked 'you do realise how much this costs don't you'.

Most upset with the customer service. My 23 year old daughter went in looking for a graduation dress and was treated as if she could not afford one, don't go here if your under 40!
