Chris was very helpful from the start from sourcing the carpet we liked to changing the Karndean flooring 1 day prior to fitting when I realised I had ordered the wrong one! We are also very happy with the fitting- the carpet and Karndean looks great and would definitely recommend ? Thanks again for everything!

Good engagement from Chris and the team for a large job in our build area. Price was suitable and work carried out as requested. Shared responsibility on one part of the job caused a revisit but we're happy with the outcome. A much improved workspace! Thanks Guys!

Initial contact was good and even though the price wasn?t the cheapest. I went for the company/person I felt I could trust, unfortunately that wasn?t a good decision on my part! After a complete fiasco getting my LVT installed (which to give AF2U the benefit of the doubt, was due to a manufacturing issue/colour choice I had to accept), I had some movement in the flooring which I was always assured would be resolved with a follow up visit if it happened. These aren?t small gaps either; I can fit a 20p piece in most of them. Multiple attempts to get this resolved proved fruitless as it?s a company which uses third party installers, so I basically got palmed off and calls ignored. I now have a beautiful kitchen and £1,900 floor with multiple gaps which I can?t get fixed. Very disappointing.

This company were the best value locally, lots of quality flooring to suit all budgets and service was excellent. Chris came out to measure, quoted and booked fitting in, quoting an 'all in price' was much better. He was very friendly, didn't rush me and kept me informed all along. Him and his lads fitted quickly and were very tidy, did a great job. And the work is guaranteed! I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Chris, keep doing what you are doing and keep safe.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough. I Have used Chris on 3 separate occasions now and each time his team have been professional,done a quality job and cleaned up after themselves. I have always saved money going with Chris compared to the big carpet companies but the quality is always the same.If you need any flooring give them a call now, you won't be disappointed.
