It's so nice to go somewhere where they treat everyone with respect and are fair to female customers. I've seen it before where a female will be given one price for some tyres, a male asks for the same tyre and get a cheaper quote, just wrong. A14 DON'T do this, well done. They're our go-to tyre shop in Bury, good service, good prices and respect to all. Top place.

I have always used A14 tyres, who are always professional and efficient. I am usually served by Jez, however, have always received top class customer service from everyone at A14. I have found them open and honest about what I need for my car. Would highly recommend these guys.

Absolute great garage. The guys were so friendly and really went above and beyond. Took my car in as another garage had broken my wheel locking nut in the alloy and these guys sorted it out, and then straightened out my dented alloy and fitted new tyres all for a very good price and within the space of about 90 minutes even though I didn't have an appointment booked. Really excellent customer service from all the staff, every customer was kept updated and treated with kindness. Can't recommend highly enough.

Not your usual tyre shop;)Very experienced team, who are always really helpful, friendly and go out their way to help, with more than just tyres. Have used them before and wouldn't go anywhere else for tyres, and proper 4 wheel alignment. Thanks A14 for solving my tyre size issue today.

I live in Derby and hit the kerb on a long drive to Norfolk taking my nan home from Christmas ?. My alloy wheel was damaged and I was recommended to go here by Thetford tyres. The guy (I think he said his name was Jase?) in reception originally advised that he couldn't fit me in today due to staff shortages but after I explained about living in Derby he came to my rescue. He said to wait around 3 hours - it only took a couple of hours so was quicker than I thought. This garage saved me today and I will be forever grateful. After a very below par experience with another company in the town A14 have been the complete opposite. Despite illness and being swamped with customers in the New Year they were courteous and efficient and the tyres competitively priced. Very pleased.

Absolutely amazing service. I managed to snap off the valve stem on a TPMS valve. The dealer quoted me £249 to replace the TPMS valve. A14 Tyres mentioned it would likely be a 2 part unit and they could just replace the stem. They did whilst I waited at a 10th of the cost. Love these guys! I shall bring all my cars here from now on!
