Moved from Somerset to Suffolk a few weeks ago and have been trying to find a decent ride to a good cafe and my son and I think we?ve struck the jackpot!
My son says this is the best burger and chips he?s ever eaten.
My brunch was also banging, came out really quickly and piping hot which is a great combination. Really reasonably priced. This is going to be our new go to spot! Bit weird location I thought my sat nav had taken me the wrong way!

Nice little cafe and welcoming to bikers. I stopped here for a spot of lunch whilst out on a ride. The service was very good and the food was lovely, just what I needed. Will be back again during the summer for sure.

Good stop off point for food especially if you're a motorbiker. Friendly staff and plenty of parking with tables outside near the waterfall.

Went to a wedding last weekend and the amount of food that Grumpy?s supplied for the afternoon was just about adequate. They were also catering for the evening and the amount of food they supplied for 100 people was ridiculous. The choice of food was very similar to what we had in the afternoon, 3 trays of quartered sandwiches, 2 trays of crisps, mini scotch eggs cut in half, mini pork pies cut in half, 1 quiche, 6 assorted small bowls of couscous/ pasta type salad and 25 mini mince pies. I was so upset for my friends that evening especially with the amount of money they had paid out and then having to pay out extra to have pizzas delivered.

Went to a wedding Saturday and they catered for it and everyone was shocked at how little food was on offer, the amount and also limited variety, especially for what they paid.
And the evening buffet they supplied was even worse, for 100 people they didn?t even have one full tray of egg sandwiches myself and and other guests decided to cut the already quarter sandwiches into even smaller pieces and the couple that paid for it had to spend a extra £100 on pizzas to be delivered due to the small amount of buffet for 100 guests!

After hearing about this place thought we would try it,but we were disappointed .Had a breakfast but it was on a cold plate and all of it was cold even the bacon which I had asked to be well done, sausage was over cooked and barely warm,not impressed, couldn't blame it on being busy as it was quiet,staff were friendly enough but food let it down, I like hot food hot

I work alot in the area and finally stop off at this wonderful cafe. very friendly staff. extremely clean toilets, and the food was lush... egg and bacon baguette and the egg was on point. cheers girls. definitely be back
