Fabulous place! Disappointed we don?t live nearer. Great set up with loads of things for my 3 and 6 yr olds to love. Range of cakes and drinks for adults too. Staff really conscious of allergies and so helpful. Thank you all, highly recommend ?

Enjoyed the Bugs Play Cafe with my 2 granddaughters. It was too wet to go outside. Indoor play area was great fun. Very helpful and pleasant ladies and the food was freshly made. Well worth a visit.

Went here with my 20 month old .. it?s perfect ! Food is very good and use good quality products .. there?s so much for little ones to do a play with an amazing outside and a great soft play ! Amazing friendly staff highly recommend

Absolutely AMAZING! Cannot recommend enough to all parents. This place is a hidden gem. Without a doubt the best softplay and outdoor play in Norfolk/Suffolk. Always incredibly lovely staff, clean and enjoyable for the little ones. We hired the place out for a private party for my 2 year old & we weren?t disappointed. Excellent value and all the stress was taken out of it because everything was taken care of by the owner Penny. Lots of love, thought and attention goes into the running the place and it clearly shows. The outdoor view is picturesque whilst the kids run around. Food selection is great & always freshly prepared. Definitively recommend and I?m a fussy mummy. ??????????

Me and my 2 year old love Bugs Café. A great place to come, whatever the weather. Enclosed play area outside means little ones are safe. Great little soft play area for when it's raining outside. Plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Mindful menu, with fab children's options and their cakes are to die for. Can't recommend enough.

Spent a lovely few hours here today with my 4 year old. So many things to keep him entertained. We had lunch here too and it was excellent. Also very reasonably priced.

A brilliant place for a birthday party. The venue was beautifully decorated, food was spot on for the children, coffee excellent and lovely cakes too. The staff are so welcoming and were the perfect hosts. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately disappointed with this play cafe. We were looking for somewhere to play and have lunch.
Yes it will provide just that but you may be shocked by the price.
It's very overpriced for children's food and adults food and the entry is an absolute fortune.
I understand they have to make a profit and I understand that things are expensive but there is other soft plays out there that offer affordable meals for children, snack boxes in most soft plays are under £5 at bugs play cafe they are a whopping £8.95..... For sandwiches crisps a snack and a drink, I think that is ridiculous.
Food is bang average, atmosphere is dry, service is slow but I understand that everything is fresh so that's the reason.
Maybe this is a good place for the rich but definitely not for the poor.

We been customers at Bugs since it opened. And it's constantly updating the play area both inside and out. Our 5 and 3 years have loved coming here since they could play.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly.
The food has been great every time we've ordered. And the little snacky bits for the kids are spot on.
It's one of our favorite places for a lazy play day
Booking online is easy enough and they reply to message via Facebook is a timely manner.

Visited today with my 11 month old. She loved it! Great indoor play and outside looked good too. Little one doesn't keep shoes yet so didn't try outside. good choice of drinks, food menu looks good too, also plenty of cake. Will be definitely returning.

Went for the first time with our 20 month year old. Great facility, well kept with plenty of toys and great soft play equipment. Staff were very welcoming.

I visited today and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and the staff was so friendly. My 7 month old really enjoyed herself and an hour was gone in a blink of an eye. Was great to play both inside and out. Was nice to talk to other family and share story's. Lots to do and eat here and all good prices. Was clean and a lot of different toys available. We tried the cookies tho I didn't get much as my daughter loved it and all the other food and cakes looked great too. Did not need highchairs as many available and kiddy plates and cutlery etc are provided. Would highly recommend.
