We had a cabana and ordered some food to take back to it, they had a lot of options and vegan options which were nice. I also loved the fact they had rekorderlig on tap. The food was a bit expensive but you?re paying for the convenience which is understandable and I actually enjoyed the chicken burger quite a bit. However, there was one tall blonde female server who was so rude I actually felt compelled to leave a bad review, I have never done this before ever. I paid extra for curly fries and they forgot them, so I went back up and apologised for seeming like I was complaining but I didn?t get what I ordered. She looked me up and down, then proceeded to sigh at me, rolled her eyes and told me to sit back down. She then went to the other workers and printed my receipt and then quite loudly made personal insults at me and covered her mouth to make it seem like she said nothing I assume? She then said she didn?t believe me but the other workers tried to make it clear I did actually pay for the curly fries and she still proceeded to be rude to me, rolled her eyes at me when she brought them to my table and then didn?t serve me anytime I returned to the canopy bar over the weekend. I have reflected on this and honestly can?t think of a time I did anything which could have been perceived as rude to warrant this response from her. Her attitude was horrible to the extent other people from the cafe who I didn?t even know came up to me afterwards and asked if I somehow knew her. Overall, this ruined the experience and I wouldn?t go here again.

Terrible food . processed rubbish. It doesn't match the wonderful pool. I had a baguette and it was disgusting. The lady serving was also quite rude to my son. I complained and i did get my money back for it. Come on Centre Parcs. You can do better than that!

The rapids are a must see. Went on it about 10 times in a row. The cyclone was really scary especially when you go down backwards.

I recommend going down the wild water rapids when it's raining. It's not busy and it's an odd sensation too going on the rapids when the rain is pouring.

The subtropical swimming place is awesome. They have it at a good temperature and the investments they have made in the kids bit and the great slide have really made a great impact.

Best times to come is Mondays and Fridays when people have just been let into the villas, the pool is quieter than the rest of the week and let's the rush to the villas go down.
