“Was down from Scotland visiting an aunt who is registered with the practice, went with them to the practice which was only her 2nd time there and the dark haired receptionist with glasses was very friendly & professional and my aunt even shared a joke with her which is something you need especially when you aren't feeling tiptop. The nurse was also lovely to her when she seen her. The receptionist though was a credit to the practice and deserves the ultimate praise, sadly we didn't get her name and my aunt is glad to choose this practice over the other in Brandon because of that experience.”
