My husband has to have two pumps every month, and for 12 months they kept sending 1 pump every 2 weeks and the other every 4 or 5 weeks, then I met a young lady called chadli, I think that is her name, apologies if it's wrong, I explained they was sending me double the amount of one pump every month and the other one was always late and never both pumps together, after explaining the problems of my medication delivery this young lady got the medication delivered on time and all together which has never been done, here is a young lady that takes her job seriously and professionaly always with a smile, so a great big thank you to her, boots have got a very professional member of staff there and need to reward her for her role in the shop.
