5pm Friday evening (dinner time) no one at counter or even in sight of it. Ordered a large fry, cold and unedible. Waste of money.

This is a very convenient Burger King when on RAF Mildenhall. The service is always great - the people at the checkout counter are always very kind and accommodating. My only complaint concerns the availability of certain food items. Let me be clear, the food they offer is good - poor quality is not the reason I have marked this rating down. My issue is that they are often out of stock. Chicken items, in particular, are frequently unavailable.
However, if you're just after a good, reliable cheeseburger, then this is the perfect choice. Prices on the value menu are also very reasonable.

I think the management in this place had changed and the crew, because the food and service used to be bad. But I had visited this place after a year and the service and food quality had improved a lot. Now I don't have to drive to Newmarket for a burger.

Went there this afternoon firstly I was ignored for 15 minutes then they said I could not use the Burger King app so I sat down and ordered on said app then went to the counter again they kept he waiting for another ten minutes they said they could not find order at this stage I was convinced I was on some prank game show and was waiting on ant or dec to jump out on me. Then they asked me what my order was as I I was so convinced on was on a game show I made up a lot bigger order to go along with the game they gave me the food I had made up and left the staff were so pathetic and lacklustre a whole 45 minutes of life that I won?t ever get back avoid avoid avoid

I went into this restaurant around 14.20 Saturday lunchtime, after ordering i waited for nearly 30 minutes, some people were in front of me had been waiting a lot longer, in the end I asked for a refund as I had a bus to catch, I was then given my order from the lady in charge, it was the smallest portion of fries I had ever had and the burger certainly looked nothing like the one on display, I was totally dried out, I wouldn?t like to think how long it had been cooked and kept warm, I would have certainly returned this food if I hadn?t needed to be on my bus. Unless this restaurant big time improves it certainly doesn?t deserve to stay in business, Burger King please have these staff properly trained

25mins to wait for 2 meals at 7pm. drinks were made after just 5 so by time meal was ready milkshakes had turned to slop!
