Excellent first class customer service from James at Timpson at Tesco Beccles, he is friendly and helpful and repaired my sports bag for me that my daughter's dog chewed clean through the handle straps and I also got two linen jackets cleaned with stains that came back looking like new again.I highly recommend this branch of Timpsons
