Alan Hallwent to Wetherspoons at Kings Head Beccles for brunch on Friday 15th at 11.10 Had large breakfast and hot chocolate. The breakfast was perfect, eggs were soft and yummy, bacon excellent and sausages were first-class, with tge beans, mushrooms and hash browns and toast, it was a great experience. Thank you Wetherspoons for a wonderful morning start. Bangers and mash with peas and gravy:- sadly wouldn?t call it gravy, was dried out and solidified.Fish and chips was good. Would recommend.Service was quick and polite.

Can't fault it. Service quick and friendly. Food lovely and reasonably priced. Hotel was clean and warm. The only downside is parking. Like so many towns in Norfolk, Beccles seems hell bent on deterring visitors by high car park charges.Walkability: Parking a problem as Beccles, like most towns in Norfolk seems determine to make parking as difficult and expensive for visitors as they can.

had a quick lunch - fried eggs on toast. I would recommend you state how you want the eggs as mine turned up over cooked.
