Need new glasses and wanted a local branch of a big chain, for reliability. Didn't expect Specsavers to come to a small town like Beccles. Thought I'd give them a try. Very pleased; professional staff, latest technology including laser retina scan, optician was very knowledgeable. Not perfect, couple of minor things like canned music in the waiting room, but overall very good. Will definitely go to them the next time I need an optician.

Staff were fabulous, we went in for emergency repairs to a little person's glasses. Customer service was great, my little person was the focus with staff ensuring the glasses were comfy by talking to them. Thank you.

After two horrific experiences at Norwich Specsavers I swore never again ,,,,,, but decided to try Beccles ,,,,,, Am glad to say it was a very relaxed friendly service leaving me in a good frame of mind , happy with my glasses too . Highly recommend them to all bicycle faces ...

Went to Specsavers Beccles branch as I knew I had cataract in my left eye. After they gave my eyes the usual thorough test they asked me whether I would like to go to Newmedica in Norwich to have the cataract removed which I agreed to, and because of a cancellation I was sorted within the week with brilliant treatment. A few weeks later I was ready for post examination and a week later picked up my new glasses. Truely amaziing service. You made a 77 year old very happy Thank you

The staff were welcoming and friendly.I was experiencing a problem with one of my eyes and the optician explored every aspect of the test results to get to the cause. He did not want me to leave until he knew what the cause of the problem was - I was very impressed.The glasses were ready within a short time, at a good price and are exactly what I needed.I will definitely be back in the future when my eye test needs to be done again.
