“I feel terrible for the staff. You can tell they are disgustingly underfunded. They all look on the verge of a mental breakdown. They are doing their best and seem to be at breaking point. It just makes me sad how badly they have been repaid for putting their lives on the line working during a pandemic. Do better W H Smith.P.S. NO social distancing, no limits on how many customers can come into the store, everyone is in danger.”
