This is the first time I have used Observatory Opticians. I found them to be very professional, from my eye test to helping me choose my frames. On collecting my glasses they made sure that they fitted perfectly. All staff very helpful. I would recommend them.

The service I received from Rene and his team was first class. From the eye test through to getting my new glasses every member of staff demonstrated high levels of professionalism and excellent customer care. I was most impressed with the quality of personal care and service given, particularly from Jack and his team in helping with the choice of frames, nothing was too much trouble and from Rene the optician, who took the time to explain any issues carefully.The Observatory staff all give it a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the frames offered are well displayed, accessible, and adventurous and with a range of prices.I would certainly recommend The Observatory.
