Just like to say thank you to the butcher, he ordered turkey breast joints for me,and I have just picked them up . This puts morrisons in Chingford to shame, been waiting since June, they say you can't get them. So well done Beccles you have a butcher that cares for his customers. Excellent service ?

Worst cafe ever. Waited forty minutes to get food that is absolutely disgusting. 1 star is too good for this place. Below attached is supposed to be mushy peas, although you wouldn?t be able to tell.

Really disappointed of late! There seems to be a big issue with stock and replenishing?Out of 9 important items I went for, I managed to find just 2! This was the last in a long line of visits in the same vein. TBH, I'm seriously considering looking elsewhere if it doesn't improve ?.

I think the team that work in this store are utterly brilliant. I did my ?big? Christmas shop today and everyone I came across was helpful, happy and in the festive spirit, despite how hard they must have all had to work. I bloody love this store ?

Morrisons here have been awarded the highest award in Britain for the coldest supermarket 2023. 12.1c in their restaurant. On asking many of the staff why it is so cold, the reply was ' broken heating system'. 'It's been like this ever since I have worked here'. Or the manager said it was costly to heat the building '. So there you have it. An exciting opportunity to enjoy and it was warmer outside than in Morrisons supermarket at Beccles.

Clean and tidy store, the staff I spoke to were approachable and friendly, different layout from when I last visited a few years ago but apart from that nothing has changed, tills were fairly empty so no waiting around and that was around mid afternoon.

Had to wait 3/4 of hour for a breakfast. No mugs available. Staff clearing trays away handing dirty crockery and table numbers then going to food counter to touch people's plates without cleaning hands first.food left on serving counter for ages before being brought out,people then sending it back because it was then cold as ours was,not as good as it used to be
