My wife called in a few days ago to choose a new washing machine, the service received was second to none. Chris and Ashley were the 2 team members who helped us through choosing and loading into the car down the road. Nothing was too much trouble and what they don't know about washing machines isn't worth knowing. These guys are the reason I go to shops rather than online shopping, you don't get the knowledge and service these guys provided.

I had major problems with the whole of my tv boxes after the storm last friday/Saturday night we were away for the weekend so we didn?t discover the problem until Monday evening.I contacted Hughes?s in Beccles and both Chris and Joey were fantastic however I still needed an aerial man.Peter the rigger came on Saturday morning and went above and beyond in sorting out the last of the problems.thankyou for your service it was fantastic.

Slight hiccup with new rental washing machine but Joseph at Beccles saved the day and has been so helpful! Never had a problem before and will be back agin with full confidence.

What an absolute shambles of a branch. Hired from Hughes Thetford before and they were fantastic, this lot.. well, bunch of cowboys. The female operator is rude and doesn't let you get a word in, the manager doesn't like to listen, hates his ego bruised, nor does he allow you to get a word in, we reluctantly hired a washing machine but deliberately asked prior the order, is there a cooling off period. A member of the team confirmed there is a 14 day calling off period. It was a skanky refurb which had supposedly been cleaned. A couple of days after it got installed our nan helped us by buying a machine from argos, and awaiting delivery of that, we rang up hughes and said we haven't used the machine, and wish for hughes to collect the machine as in our cooling off period and that hughes had damaged our property whilst installing the machine, the saltiness and attitude from Louie (manager) was overwhelming. Never have we come across such a person with poor customer service skills. He refused to issue the extortionate set up fee and only offered £13, then he finally arranged some cowboys to collect the machine, they turned up to say no we can't take it and went?! We then got onto the store again stating this machine needs collecting as it's in the way as I'm disabled and we kept getting excuses, not sympathetic either. Slnever again will we even consider using this branch and I would not even recommend this hughes to my worst enemy.

Visited the beccles store not expecting to buy anything, chatted to Joseph about tvs, very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to use clearpay to spread payments. Also Liz in-store was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little shop, it?s a shame our town centres are dying, but certainly this little place in Beccles is very inviting. The staff member who served me, (Louis) was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Recommend this place.

I went in the shop today and was greeted by two young people. Made me feel at ease straight away.There product knowledge was above and beyond.I didn?t make a purchase but will return to this store when I need to replace my television.

Had a washing machine installed this morning. We were given a time slot. Between 10 +12 this morning. They turned up dead on the dot at 10 am. Fantastic service. Lovely chaps. Very friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you ?
