I was drawn to this company because their website said that they were family-run with years of industry experience, and I needed advice to solve a plumbing problem. I saw a contact form on the website, and provided details on my problem. I wasn't hopeful that they'd take the time to help me out, but I was wrong!Neil provided just the solution I was looking for. When I called him, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently explained his solution and the parts I needed. When he learned that I didn't live close by, he generously provided me with the details of a very good supplier very close to where I live. I am so grateful for his help, and really happy that I reached out to this company. I implemented the solution Neil proposed, and it worked perfectly.I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Very higaldy pigaldy show room with to much odments of random bathroom bits and pieces here there and everywhere. Lots of stuff on show damaged and broken . not all with prices and all pluss vat. Even mirrors on the wall cracked and damaged. taps and odments laying around everywhere . To me it looked like an exsploshion in a bathroom warehouse. We had a look around for between 10 15 mins but no one came to see if we needed any help. Dissapointed we gave up and went elsewhere.
