We stayed here last weekend for 2 nights with our dog. Firstly, the 3 rooms are separate from the pub, which is great as no noise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bedding, tea, coffee and bottled water provided and a good power shower. The pub is a real traditional old pub, no TV or fruit machines. Nice pub setting just down the road from the lovely cove hithe beach. We had a group of tables booked for 12:30 and although it was as good as empty on arrival (just opened) the whole place was full 20mins later so definitely book for Sundays at least.
