“Need new glasses and wanted a local branch of a big chain, for reliability. Didn't expect Specsavers to come to a small town like Beccles. Thought I'd give them a try. Very pleased; professional staff, latest technology including laser retina scan, optician was very knowledgeable. Not perfect, couple of minor things like canned music in the waiting room, but overall very good. Will definitely go to them the next time I need an optician.”
