I cannot thank the receptionists (and Dr Fragstein) for their help this last couple of weeks. Their kindness and professionalism is outstanding. Also, since they changed to the callback system when you phone in, it?s immeasurably easier to get through.

Confidentiality?
This month they've started sending all of my daughter's appointments, calls and texts, to my phone. She's an adult and hasn't lived with me for years. We've both corrected them more than once, and it still continues.

Son waited in all day for his telephone appointment with his doctor. We called to check why he hadn't had one and was told by the receptionist that the dr was running late and would phone soon. Roll on 4hrs later when we got a message to say we had missed phone call (which we had not) receptionist told us the Dr had tried to phone (which he hadn't). We were then told that the next appointment he could have was in a months time! I am so angry as my son has serious mental/physical health problems and he needs help and he missed a whole day of school for this.
