Staff have recently been informed that they need to post ?reviews? on here to affect the ratings for the Beccles shop. Totally disingenuous and unprofessional to encourage fraudulent reviews. Management should be ashamed/sacked. This outlet has gone unbelievably downhill in the last 6 months: In reply to your response below - perhaps Head Office should be monitoring the WhatsApp Group Chat for this store - you might be surprised. Food was cold.
Bad customer service on the phone .
They missed a bottle of drink and after waiting 40minutes when I am 5 minutes down the road .i called and it sounded like he couldn?t be bothered to speak to me and hung up. I then called again and got told he was then sending it. So he clearly had no intentions of sending it the first time I called . 1hour 40 minutes I had to wait for a drink they missed .
Won?t be ordering from here again .

Not sure what it was but me and my family ordered here last night we got 2 mighty meaties, a cheese and tomato and 2 lots of loaded fries and we've had stomach problems last night and this morning and this isn't the first time I thought it might of been something else we had last time but 2 times in a row, somethings definitely wrong with this place

After spending over £50 and a long wait, the pizza's and garlic bread are cold, but more worryingly the chicken wings are stone cold and missing the bbq sauce. We won't be ordering from here again.

After travelling back from Norwich we decided to call in at Dominos Pizza. I called at 18.10 to order my food and it was agreed this would be ready for 19:00 hrs. I went in at 19:00 hrs and waited, my name wasn?t on the screen and I realised I had not provided a name (so I accept some responsibility for that.) I waited around 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the till and even then my question wasn?t answered and the chap walked way. As time went on I was becoming rather frustrated. I watched another man come into order who also had to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We had both been stood waiting at the till.It got to 19:30 and I was thinking of getting up and walking out as I had my 5 year old in the car with my partner and we needed to get him home. I hadn?t paid at this point and I felt the service was so poor that I could justify leaving. A man then brought our pizzas to us. These were fine but I suspect they had been sitting for a little while.When we were acknowledged this was prompted by delivery drivers. A young female delivery driver seemed quite miffed that the other man had been left standing there, ignored.Quite frankly it seems that if you don?t order via the app then it?s not worth bothering. It would seem that the majority of staff in there that evening do not want to deal with customers. Was a manager on?? If so I?d question their ability to manage!I feel sorry for the staff that do care and are working hard! Hopefully Dominos recognise these staff members.Date of visit 18/02/2024

Unbelievable . I was refused a large pizza with just garlic butter and mozzarella because it would mess up their inventory when counting stock ???? Beccles what ????? Never heard this before and I have been doing this with Norwich dominos all the time so I am confused ??? Left hungryThanks for getting back to me but it?s a little too late I am afraid. It seems when things go wrong you as a business or owner just send the same message to customers to contact another website and do it all over again? it?s a shame because I use dominos a lot in Norwich but I am now reluctant to use dominos at all.

First time in using domino's , expensive prices, but thought it might be worth it, food was shocking pizza thin, which only seemed to have tomato sauce on it no toppings, where was the cheese ? Chips portion wouldn't serve one person never mind it said for two people, what a joke, delivery excellent, we will never buy here

Wouldn?t even give it one star. Staff got the order wrong which I could?ve accepted, but when we phoned up they had horrible attitude. Even the dominos main customer service have been useless.
