Absolutely incredible service from Steve and Nathan. So rare to find face to face technology support for new phones/tablets. Went in with my Nan who wanted a tablet but struggles with technology. Steve served us and talked her through each option to make sure she was 100% happy. The after sales service from digital phone company is also the best I?ve seen on the high street in a while! Well done to everyone in the Beecles branch.

finally sorted out a SIM only only deal with the Beccles team should of done ut much sooner super helpful and at last a F2F person to deal with again instead of a bloody call centre with millions of options and then waiting forever or getting cut off!! there deals are good as well both SIM and phone deals would recommend them 100% fantastic service thank you ?

The customer service I have received for Steve Baker of the Beccles branch over the past 24 hours is truely outstanding. In these days of second rate front line customer service provided by so many public facing businesses it is refreshing to find someone who is not only clearly highly skilled, but more importantly willing to go the extra mile to resolve a problem.it's not often that one can say my expeectations were exceeded, but today they truely were.
