Went to 3 Bnm's to find an item and all big stores were oos...Beccles not a massive 1 but so much of everything&had my item.

I have tried to get InTouch with the Beccles store as I have been over charged by over £43.00as receipt says I've bought 44 of one item when I bought 4. I'm not happy as I can't get any answers.

A fairly good selection of products. Unfortunately, as with all stores of this type, there is always an item one gets used to buying, only for it to be discontinued (to be fair, even the large supermarkets cause the same irritation).A decent sized car park, good opening hours, and nice staff.

Big store selling a wide range of products including food, always competitively priced. Nice garden centre at rear of shop, selling seasonal plants, compost, fencing, slabs etc. Staff always friendly.

A lot of the prices can be beaten over the road in tesco. The plants for sale at this time of year were well overpricedAnnuals that were well past their sell by were still at full price as were all perennials. Many pther stores ie homebase doing much better deals.

Not a huge fan of how they treat their staff but they do have a good range of products at decent prices. Good to see some vegan stuff.
