I had 16 patches put on a vest and the lady didn’t do the work her mother who is old and said she hardly could see worked on my vest and it is not done right patches are not even fully sewed on or straight. DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO RECOMMEND FOR GOOD PATCH WORK ??

Staff are all amazing and knowledgable on a variety of crafts, do love popping in for a crafty chat mingle

Bought a 1955 singer sewing machine ( just because I've slways wanted one) excellent service from staff at this shop- even lifted the slightly heavy ? machine to my car for me. Forget about the big stores you won't get better service than from an independent store like this!

At Beccles Sewing & Handicrafts, based in Beccles, Suffolk, we stock a wide range of products; including sewing machines, embroidery machines, fabrics and more!
We have been trading for over 54 years. Our business was set up by Joe and Molly Taylor, in Lowestoft, in 1967. Since 2001 it has been in the hands of their son and daughter-in-law Steve and Sue. We have been trading from our current premises at 15a Blyburgate Beccles since 1978. With our experience in the trade, we are always happy to offer advice on your requirements.
We also offer a sewing machine repair service!
