So i was away for 1 night in beccles and used just eat to order food from beccles kebab and pizza. 4 hrs we waited for food and now just eat are refusing to refund and are just fobbing me off and are saying nothing they can do its in line with our policy rubbish! Ok if you want a two and a half hour wait for a delivery and have to collect anyway. And it's still not ready when you arrive.
