A tiny cafe with some outside seating on the road front, and behind the cafe in a small courtyard. The food is very nice but on both times we have been there the service is too slow given that there weren't many customers. It won't stop us visiting again but it won't be often and definitely not if it is busy. Pity really.

We came in for brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. The service team were warm and welcoming. The eggs royale was delicious, the best that I have had and beautifully presented. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to sit and have a cocktail.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here.
Came in with our big dog and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even made space so that our dog could fit out of the way of people.
In hindsight I should've mentioned in booking the tea that we may need more room for the dog but nevertheless the staff were very kind in helping us sort this out.
You do need to book the afternoon tea 48 hours in advance on the website and give your options for food choices via this.
We had some quiches and sandwiches, scones, cake and macaroons. All of which were very tasty. Especially the millionaire biscoff slice.
Would definitely recommend.

Nice cafe in Aldeburgh and dog friendly. Sat outside with a good coffee and cake. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The chocolate teapot is a lovely little cafe with the most delicious crayfish sandwiches on granary bread..defo a must try....if you don't like that there's other yummy things on the menu....very reasonably priced....pot of tea in China cups I love....nutmeg and cinnamon cake was lovely. Its dog friendly too like all of this lovely town. Views from across the road and up the steps.

Today we came as a group of 5 for afternoon tea. It was so lovely. Plenty of food which was incredibly yummy and so lovely that they catered for our dietary requirements (gluten free and vegetarian). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

Food went down well but the service was very slow. They?d run out of half the food and drink options on the menu and the sandwiches took about 30-40 minutes to arrive. Cute place just shame about the service.

A lovely place to eat with very friendly staff. We sat outside and had the mussels to start, followed by the Aldeburgh dressed crab salad for main course and a scone to finish. All delicious and highly recommended.

Beautiful little cafe with delightful service.
We had crab salad, langostine and avocado salad and a glass of verdiccio
All were excellent, would not hesitate to recommend

A nice spot. Good quality food but for the price (£9 for avocado toast) I?d expect a bit more but I guess it?s a fancy tourist town now with associated prices. Vegan options were a bit limited. Dog friendly.
