My family?s first time at Prezzo tonight and we will not be returning.
Things started off ok but after we received our drinks and starters did not receive the main course for another 30 mins despite us asking how long it would take.
Whilst the food was tasty my husbands main course ( crab and lobster ravioli) seemed a meagre portion compared to the 2 others once all the rocket had been removed from on top of it.
When paying the bill what we assumed to be the manager made no conversation and shot off without asking whether we had enjoyed the meal etc etc.
Very disappointing- when next eating out in Aldeburgh we will go to a local pub or restaurant instead as I?m sure will be a better experience and more importantly better value for money. On this occasion we did not leave a tip!

The food was fantastic and the service was faultless. The staff were very accommodating and were lovely with the kids. Highly recommend this place for family dinners. My 7 year old particularly enjoyed playing rock, paper, scissors to win a free dessert.

Rather disappointing.
Lack of staff meant tables were not being cleared quick enough for both pre booked reservations and walk ins. The guy greeting everyone was having to clear the tables himself to accommodate diners. NOT A GOOD LOOK.
One person on bar providing drinks and having to wash the glasses as well.
Drinks and food did arrive in a reasonable time, , but no cutlery as a result of the above, and mine had to be sent back as pasta was luke warm at best and cold in places. Someone on next table had to do the same! My 2nd dish was served hot.
I had the prawn and salmon rigatoni but you certainly had to look hard for the salmon. Not good for the price but what I had was fairly tasty.
If this is how all Prezzos are run I won't be returning in a hurry. You need to provide more staff as you risk loosing the ones you have because of the unnecessary pressure you are putting on them. There was a queue waiting all the time we were there, but I noticed a few couldn't be bothered to wait because of the chaos.

Good service and pleasant surroundings but my pasta arrabiata was tepid, the sauce seemed to be just passata with some chopped up fresh chillies.

After a long day it was so good to eat at Prezzo where the service was swift but efficient, staff polite and respectful and food delicious. Great atmosphere and clean and tidy..

- wasn?t busy when we came but there was only 1 staff who was on duty
- asked for ketchup , didn?t bring it, no-one was around (the lady wandered off so couldn?t ask anyone), our food was getting cold so had to get up and find it at the kitchen counter ? no salt on table either , just pepper
- kids burger looked dry, nothing just a burger patty on a bun
- my meal was very tasteless (crab linguine),
- dirty place, flies everywhere and landing on our food
wouldn?t return again

Table booked for 5pm. Ordered drinks that came fairly quickly . The food which we then ordered being basic pizzas all round took nearly half hour. Clearly short staff. It became busy & the staff were running around seating everyone. Eventually arrived. I ordered a one scoop ice cream for my young grandson who was getting bored at this point, took a good 20 mins. I might as well got it myself. I've been to other Prezzos down south east England & not experienced it for bad.
