The gelato ice creams are excellent, probably the best in Aldeburgh. However, the soft-serve ice cream is far too runny, more like yogurt. When I mentioned this and asked for a replacement, I was told the machine is temperamental and that I should eat faster. Not the best customer service approach.

The nicest ice cream served by the nicest people - ice cream is creamy and not overly sweet - portion sizes are spot on - wish that there were more family run businesses like this that take pride in their product and are customer focused

What a wonderful gesture. This wonderful family run ice cream kiosk made my hubby?s day. Wearing his big birthday badge, they very kindly gifted him his favourite Mr Whippy style ice cream with not one but 3 flakes. So lovely - thank you. ?. Delicious ice cream.

Best soft serve ice cream around. Tested many and put this at the top, worth the trip to Aldeburgh on its own, albeit it's a lovely day out regardless.

Stopped by for an ice cream with my celiac daughter. The lady serving guessed she was celiac, offered to open fresh tubs so there was no contamination risk and they have gluten free cones. Fantastic service, oh and the ice creams are gorgeous too.

Lovely customer service. Very kind and generous with my mother. Would definitely recommend not to mention the delicious ice cream!!! Will definitely be paying the kindness forward :)

What a wonderful ice cream shop. They have the best Mr Whippy (soft serve) ice creams in the country, and the other flavours are fantastic as well. We have been coming here for the last 12 years with our children and it continues to be a family highlight of a visit to Aldeburgh. Love the new ice cream flavours!
