The gelato ice creams are excellent, probably the best in Aldeburgh. However, the soft-serve ice cream is far too runny, more like yogurt. When I mentioned this and asked for a replacement, I was told the machine is temperamental and that I should eat faster. Not the best customer service approach.

The nicest ice cream served by the nicest people - ice cream is creamy and not overly sweet - portion sizes are spot on - wish that there were more family run businesses like this that take pride in their product and are customer focused

What a wonderful gesture. This wonderful family run ice cream kiosk made my hubby’s day. Wearing his big birthday badge, they very kindly gifted him his favourite Mr Whippy style ice cream with not one but 3 flakes. So lovely - thank you. ?. Delicious ice cream.
