“Today I needed to use my local post office to send some parcels and pay some cash in. The queue was a bit on the long side and I wondered if I'd get everything done in my lunch (half) hour. However the staff were quick and efficient, with ample staff for the lunchtime rush. The queue was gone in a couple of minutes and the lady that served me, Liz, was polite, efficient and friendly.I was back at my desk with enough time to eat my reheated Chinese takeaway for lunch.Thanks Wombourne post office. For the good service, not the lunch, obviously.”
