I've recently had my garden landscaped and the company that did the work brought all their materials from OLC. The timber OCL supplied for the new fencing is really poor quality. Nearly all of the 20 plus posts are cracked or split and won't last more than a couple of years. When raised with OCL neither they or their timber supplier would do anything about it. I would not use or recommend OLC for any timber products in the future!

The staff here are great. We spoke to George.. told him what project we were doing and what we needed.. He quoted us and sorted out delivery.Picked up plenty of useful bits too, zip ties, wd40, silicone, padlock...And we stopped for a breakfast sandwich from the on-site 'peas in a pod' cafe.Best sandwich I've had in years. Absolutely beautiful. Everyone happy :)

Ordered some slabs and concrete sand for a shed project.The people who we dealt with were very pleasant and extremely helpful as I am a total novice at this kind of thing, so their advice and expertise was very much welcomed. Had a small problem with the delivery date but this turned out to be no issue at all, as the driver apologised for the delay and helped to carry the delivery into the back garden to help me out, so a huge thanks for going the extra to help me.Will definitely use again.

Just been on website had a little trouble understanding so i called them gentleman on the phone was so helpful pleasant nice polite and sorted it out i paid on the phone This is definatly the place to go for building and gardening materials first class thank you young man
