If you can control yourself into not buying the luxury items here it's actually a very good value for money shop. They Aldi price match on the essentials, and have some great offers, discounts and yellow sticker bargains! Also you get a free coffee which makes it a nice experience. The staff are slow, however super helpful and friendly. The coffee shop is lovely and has a great view over the town.

Good quality grocer. Cafe used to be good and serve a good variety of menu. Was impressed by smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast which has since become no longer available. Disappointed as now I have to find a new place for late Friday lunch after work.

I love Waitrose wherever I go and this one is no different. Unlike other supermarkets, Waitrose doesn't cater solely to mass market so they have more niche options, perfect for vegetarians, vegans and those wanting to make more ethical and environmentally friendly choices. The store is always nicely lit with no music or radio blaring, making it much more comfortable than other supermarkets. I just wish Waitrose sold more organic veg as loose pick rather than in plastic, especially because we've had the insides of organic peppers be mouldy but on the outside look fine - but that was replaced without issue and the packaging is a central thing rather than being unique to this store. I shop here every week and often pop in for interim shops too. The service, because the staff are partners, is always brilliant too!

Best supermarket we've ever been in. Clean, bright, well stocked great choice, brilliant under store carpark, polite and cheerful cashier. Brilliant.....don't bother going elsewhere, you won't beat it
