Called in yesterday for a replacement bath panel and some plumbing fittings. Was served by Ryan who went over and above to see I got the correct products to complete my job. Even though he was obviously busy he did everything possible to help.I was served by him last time I came into the store and remembered him being very helpful so made a beeline for him yesterday. I wanted to share with you a very pleasant experience that I had in your store last weekend. I was popping in to price up some materials for a project I was looking to complete that weekend.Bearing in mind I came in at 11:30, some 30 minutes before you were due to close.The guy that served me was Ryan and I have to compliment him on his knowledge, professionalism and customer service, which were all 5 stars. Being an experienced DIY?er I do regularly visit your store and have dealt with Ryan previously a few years ago, also with a very positive experience on my end. With this said there were some questions that I needed assistance with, and Ryan very calmly took me through my options and even offered some advice on the best products to purchase, which I of course took.Following on from this, Ryan assisted me in getting the delivery sorted out and also stayed late giving up his own time to ensure everything was cut to size and I was all loaded up and ready to go.The end result was that I managed to complete my project that very weekend and was extremely happy with the entire process.Please pass my thanks on to Ryan, his style of customer service is nothing less than fantastic and he is in my opinion an asset to your team.

Large selection of building materials for indoor and outdoor. staff are always friendly and willing to help.The hire part of tippers is also very good and well priced for mini diggers scaffolding ect.
