Had a new watch battery fitted today. Good professional job in around twenty minutes, at a reasonable price. Staff very pleasant & knowledgable. Definitely recommend this branch.

Served today by a really nice lad. Knowledgable and helpful. Needed a number of keys cutting. One of the keys was difficult, so he spent some time looking in cupboards, found one he thought was OK but wasn't 100% sure, so didn't charge me but yes it does work, so thank you very much. All the keys work and the car starts, very happy customer.

Popped into the shop after visiting an independent cobbler in the town to get a watch strap repaired. The independent told me it couldnt be done. I chanced it and called into Timpsons. I spoke to a lovely girl called Mel who had a look and set about my watch. After a bit of a struggle she sorted it out and a watch with a great deal of sentimental value is now wearable again. Thankyou so much Mel you are star.

£7 each to cut a key! Refused and went to Shoe Cobbler on the high street and paid £4.80 each instead. He rudely turned away and shuck his head too when I was shocked at the price.
