Came today for race day staff behind the bar were so rude to a old man I ended up helping him when staff served the drinks they just slop on bar having it spill everywhere no manners terrible experience

It's race day and only 2 on the bar,the lady who served me threw my drink at me.I get they are short they are short staffed no need to be rude ?
